Wielu młodszych graczy skreśla Fallouta na wstępie za ubogą jak na dzisiejsze standardy grafikę, a szkoda. Tworzenie i rozwój postaci jak dla mnie jest niedościgniony do dzisiaj. Olbrzymi świat do zwiedzenia w którym to gracz decyduje gdzie się udać, co powiedzieć, jak powiedzieć... Po takie gry jak Fallout 1/2, Baldurs Gate 1/2 będę pewnie sięgał i za 20 lat.
Nie mam nadziei co do Fallouta 3, pewnie okaże się kolejnym klonem H&S "byle do przodu". Może jestem archaiczny w swych poglądach, ale gatunek cRPG idzie coraz bardziej na prostotę. Siadam do nowszego tytułu i... po godzince czy dwóch wyłączam bo wieje nudą. Grafika, że ach och pełna wodotrysków że w oczy się gryzie. A tu ustalony scenariusz od którego nie można zejść ani na krok. Dialogi ograniczone do maksymalnie trzech wyborów, a potem już tylko popcorn bo postać wygada się sama do końca. I to chyba było powiewem wolności w Fallout, czy innych wielkich tytułach sprzed lat 3/4 dialogi, 1/4 walki. A teraz jest na odwrót.
YAIEZ też masz problem z przyzwyczajeniem się do opcji save/load gdy znów grasz np w Fallouta po przesiadce z Wowa? :P

Coś ode mnie, bo graczem jestem od 10-u lat już prawie, kiedy to na komunię dostałem pięknego srebrnego kompa. Pamiętam, że procek to to miało 75 MHz, 8 MB RAM-u, dysk 650 MB i jakiegoś sound blastera. Potem były upgrade'y -> kolejne 8 RAM-u, karta 3D-FX (innych nie było), napęd CD-ROM, stacja dyskietek 3,5'' . I wierzcie lub nie, jechałem na tym sprzęcie aż do ost. klasy gimnazjum czyli przez jakieś 7 latek Co to były za chwile, kiedy granie w jakąkolwiek grę determinowało posiadanie kodów. Jeżeli w Duke Nukem 3D nie umiałeś wpisać 'dnkroz' albo 'dnstuff' to po tobie. Co to były za chwile, kiedy wołało się ojca, żeby pokazać kraksę w Need For Speed 1 albo żeby mógł zobaczyć, jak nacikając spację przy dziwce w Duke'u, pokazywała biust Co to były za chwile, kiedy Fallout wczytywał się 10 minut, a save'ował 15, co to były za chwile kiedy grało się w 'Polan' i doiło krowy, żeby zbudować dom , wreszcie co to były za chwile, kiedy na emulatorze Super Nintendo przechodziłem dziesiąty raz Final Fantasy VI... Ahhh. Łezka się w oku kręci. A teraz? Nastały czasy dziwne. Nie gram już tyle co kiedyś, bo nie ma w co. Powielanie schematów, dopieszczanie grafiki a zlewanie na fabułę. No i Elder Scrolls IV: Obliwion nie poleci mi nawet na najsłabszych ustawieniach. A przechodzenie Gothica (jedynka miała lepszy klimat) po raz enty to już nie to samo... W Morrowindzie nabijam 63 Lv. w dwa dni więc też przestał kręcić... Ehh. Chyba zainstaluję Fallout'a

Przed chwilą zainstalowałem u siebie Fallouta. Nie było folderów: Scripts, Savegame, Text oraz plików Boxer.GCD, gong.GCD, Nik.GCD. Po uruchomieniu chwile pograłem, zapisałem stan i wyszedłem. Przybył tylko folder z save'ami. A ile miejsca zajmują ci pliki critter.dat i master.dat?? Bo może to one są "okrojone"??

Ups No to zonk A tak serio, to musisz leźć teraz do "centrum" Waszyngtonu, do budynku GNR (Galaxy News Radio), gdzieś po drodze, spotkasz oddział Braterstwa Stali, walczący z Mutantami, pomóż im, bo oczyszczają przedpole przed budynkiem GNR, kiedy ostatni Mutant będzie martwy, 3Dog otworzy ci drzwi, i spokojnie pogadasz z nim o ojcu (tzn. prawie Bo ci Questa da zanim ci powie gdzie iść )

Temat: Jak przechodzić custom levele?
Dość nietypowy problem, bo dotyczy nieoficjalnego custom levela. Utknęłam w grze The door to nightmare zrobionego na podstawie Tomb Raider 3. Wiem, że należy dostać się do pomieszczenia z sekretem. Problem w tym, że trzeba dużo skakać, w odpowiednim momencie wciskać ctrl itd. Jak się nie uda, Lara albo nadzieje się na kolce, albo spali się. Chciałabym przejść ten level i byłabym wdzięczna, gdyby ktoś mi pomógł. Załączam save'a i fragment solucji. Powiem, że należy wspiąć się na tą ścianę przed wami. I ważne, stoicie na kolcach.

Pull up, slide and jump to a slope. Slide and jump to grab a collapsible tile. Pull up to the tile then forward jump to another. Side jump to the right to another tile. Run forward and jump into a cave.

Probowalem tez uruchomic Age of Empires 1 i 2 ale te sie juz nawet zainstalowac nie daly Ogolnie jednak co sie da, wole natywne, choc oczywiscie majac legalna gre dla windy i muszac ponownie placic za licencje na linuksa, wole je emulowac - chyba legalnie?

Spokojnie - nie koniecznie to błąd konsoli. Zależy jakie gry wywołują zwieszkę - poczytaj sobie np. o Falloucie 3 na forum Bethezdy. Ta gra potrafi się powiesić nawet przy wczytywaniu save`u. Konsola to jednak nadal zwykły komputer a gry to bardzo skomplikowane programy, każdy programista powie ci że im bardziej skomplikowany program tym więcej w nim błędów i że prawie nie ma programów bez nich. Tym bardziej teraz kiedy gry tworzone są za poomocą całych bibliotek. Jeżeli masz np. twardy dysk spróbuj go odłączyć i sprawdź czy gry o których piszesz nadal się wieszają.

Uwielbiam słuchać "rodowych fachofffcufff"...

Temat: Poza jest WSZYSTKIM w leju po bombie - czyli świat CP a Neur
wszczepy, giwery... to przecież CHROM. Cały czas tu mowa o NS w chromie.
ale z kolei taka neuro, odpowiednio poprowadzona, na poważnie, w której gracze liczą się z każdym pociskiem, z każdą porcją leków, zupełnie odstaje od CP.
btw. Jak można przyrównywać NS do Fallouta? zacznijmy od tego, że w F1, czy F2 (bo w Tactics o klimacie raczej nie ma co mówić) klimat zbudowany jest przez odpowiednich npc dozujących ci informacje, przez perfekcyjne dialogi i przez odpowiednią fabułę, a NS to gra wyobraźni, kierująca się innymi zasadami. Tu nie mamy save'ów, nie mamy grafiki. Mamy (powinniśmy) za to nastrój.
Przyznam, że nie wyobrażam sobie grac w papierowego Falla, wydaje mi się, ze to byłabycałkowita kiła. Taka rą(om?)banka w stylu dnd. Tak samo nie wyobrażam sobie cRPG w systemie neuro, pewnie byloby tak samo mierne (w zaczeniu oddanie klimatu, nie grywalność), jak Bloodlines. Z kolei oparty na beznadziejnie tempym i rombankowym adnd Planescape:Torment jest chyba najciekawszą i najklimatyczniejszą grą komputerową wszechczasów.

I avoid it miraculously, just been hurted on my arm, bit of blood but nothing tooo bad ! Then the camera stopped, but i can tell you the rest was just pure hell, everything started to collapse, i had to catch (save) my records and just run away !! Festival cancelled

Two years ago I was driving my new car with my friend Michael. It was dark
night, and we were driving on highway between two cities. It was empty, so
we were driving very fast, too fast.
Suddenly one of the tires just blow up. I hit the brakes, and tried to take
control over my car, but it was to late. We crushed on a big, and probably
very old tree. I become unconscious. When I woke up, first thing that I saw
was blood. I felt that I had broken nose, and left arm. Pieces of broken
glass cut my face, and hands. Michael was still unconscious, and he looked
worse than I. I realised that he needs urgent medical care. After few
minutes I tried to slowly get off from the car. My legs weren?t broken, so I
could walk. I walked to the road, but nobody was there. The road was empty,
and silent as before. I had to help my friend. I looked about someone. Then
I saw several lights. That was a house, but it was far away from me. I had
no choice. I needed to get to the phone, and call for help, so I started to
walk there. Every step was more painful, but I was still walking.
In the middle of my way, suddenly I fall dawn. Extremely strong pain in my
chest and stomach powerfully shuddered my whole body. I lied several
minutes, or even an hour, until I felt little better. To sand up was one of
the most difficult things that I?ve been made in my whole life, but I had to
save Michael. After that, again I looked around and ... there were no
lights. Everywhere was just a darkness and trees. I loosed my orientation
and get lost. That was terrible feeling. I even couldn?t find the way back
to the car. Pain again was growing up. I fall on my knees and started to
cry. Then I saw a shining person standing on my left side. When I looked on
him I realised that was Michael, he was fingering at some direction. He
spoke to me : ?Go that way ... hurry ... You can?t help me ... you must go
... help yourself ... hurry ...? . After that he disappeared. I was really
scared, but I get together all my strength, stand up and started to walk in
direction showed me by Michael?s ghost. After painful and tiring walk with
two falls I get to small house, and knocked to the door. When someone turned
lights on I lost my conscious again, and this time woke up in the hospital,
after several complicate operations. Doctors said me that I?ve been lucky
that I get to the hospital in time.
That?s how I survived, saved by a ghost of my best friend. ?Michael, rest
in peace.?

Bzdura, w momencie wyjsca na rynek była najlepszym fpp( poza Vietcongiem;) ) na rynku. Grtafika była rewelacyjna ówczesną konkurencje wyprzedzała sporo, ale to nie tylko grafika, ale tez o wiele wiecej. Po pierwsze zadenm fpp nie miał wczesniej tylu mozliwosci zrobienia czegos. Dojscie do okreslonego punktu na mapie to nie tylko prosta linia, mozna było obejsc do okla bokiem itd, przezco gracz miał wybór. No i wczesniej w zadnej grze nie było bajeru z choowaniem sie w trawie Rzeszta na przywzwoitym poziomie, wiec nie wiem co wtej grze było złe.
2. Baldur nie jest nadety, to zupelnie inny klimat, ja bym był bardzo ostrozny przy porowaniu obu gier( fallout), obie sa wspaniale, ale na zupelnie innych płaszczyznach. Mnie sie kliaty fantasy podobaja, wiec w BG1 BG2, NWN, IWD 1 i 2 gralem kupe czasu. Najsłabsza z nich to NWN - nie wiem dlaczego, chyba głosnie jednak ze to jest tylko głupia siekanka, a nic wiecej. Jak sie gra jedna postaca tak juz jest. Nie ma to jak druzyny.
Fallout jest genialny - jesli chodzi o konstrukcje, questy, humor, ilosc ludzi, przedmiotów noi całkowitej wolnosci czynów. Mozesz robic co ci sie podoba, nawet zabic wszystko co sie rusza a gra i tak sie bedzie dalej toczyc Albo przejsc gre w 17 minut i nie oddac ani jednego strzału BG ma inny styl, inny klimat i ustepuje wieloma cechami Falloutowi, ale nie zgodze, ze jest gra beznadziejna.
Grabarz --> F2 przebija F1 masz to samo co w jedynce, + gauus rifle i jeszcze wiecej zagadek, easter eggs i zabawy

Wiem, że nie tylko ja gram w fallouta 3, może jakieś tipy, tricki. Jak daleko jesteście, jak kreujecie postać??
Ja zacznę pierwszy, nie dawno zacząłem grać więc daleko nie jestem, hmm od wczoraj :P
W postaci generalnie ładuje we włamywanie, naukę i naprawę, troche w mała broń i materiały wybuchowe.
Proponuje nie wysadzać miasta M, więcej questów jest i moim zdaniem można zyskać, ani tam burdelu robić, aczkolwiek zapewne zrobię postać, co będzie wszystko rozwalała :P
Fajne perki, polecam jednego władować co daje +3 do skilli co level i ten co daje z booków skille, bo trochę można książek znaleźć, a jeden book daje +2.
Proponuje też, zbierać armory i je naprawiać, można ładnie sprzedać niż jakieś śmieci.
Lokacje jakie warto odwiedzić na początku to fabryka(czy raczej może to oczyszczalnia w sumie sam nie wiem :P) opanowana przez chińczyków :P tam można ładnie się dozbroić (można zdobyć snajperkę i wyrzutne rakiet) no i garnizon policji opanowany przez mutanty, generalnie sądzę że słabiej strzeżony niż ten przez chińczyków, trzeba uważać jedynie na tych co rzucają granatami chyba na pewno jest jeden rzuca granatem, później pałkę wyjmuje, a generalnie tam można sporo amunicji dorwać, bo zawsze cierpię na jej braki. I jeszcze jedno uważajcie na miny :P
Polecam też ciekawą pozycję pole minowe, quest u babki z miasta M, co pisze książkę, można ich sporo nazbierać, plus 1 gość z snajperką, i w domach można sporo znaleźć fajnych rzeczy. Tutaj trzeba uważać na wiatr :P nic nie zdradzam, ale na wszelki wypadek zróbcie wcześniej save'a
Generalnie gra ładnie wciąga, aczkolwiek na swojej grafie nie wygląda tak jakbym chciał :P hehe
Irytuje mnie jedno, przy zmianach broni ciągłe wciskanie TAB, albo przy oglądaniu mapy :/

Dorobiłem sobie gg i siemka z lenistwa :P Chyba zrobie jeszcze jeden, że pod jednym klawiszem wyłączenie (lub baardzo krótki czas wyśmietlania coś jak 0.001s) czatu i pod drugim normal, jeżeli dało by się to samo z info kto kogo czym zabił baardzo ładnie proszę o komendę ;)

The binds have to be added to ur config_mp.cfg file which by default is located here.. C:Program FilesActivisionCall of Duty 4 Modern WarfarePlayersProfiles"ur player name".
If like me and after u click on the Call of Duty Modern Warfare bit and u can't see the "Players" folder then click on the Windows "Compatibility Files" button near the top of ur screen. The "Players" folder should now appear and u can continue.
Once u get to the config_mp.cgf file then make a backup copy of it b4 u alter it just in case Wink

The World Cup is certainly tenser. Despite all three top seeds out by now, 13 of the 16 players left are 2700+. There's no easy prey and the margin between success and failure is small indeed.
As white against 7th ranked M.Adams (2729) Magnus was quite well prepared in the Nimzo-Indian opening.
(His second Kjetil Lie got to bed around 07:30 this morning and obviously did a great job again!)
After taking the pawn on c7 Magnus struggled with lack of development and coordination well into the middle game.
The computers disagree a bit on whether or not black has sufficient compensation for the pawn, but Magnus felt he was at least a little better most of the game.
When the position seemed a bit deadlocked around move 29, Magnus decided to regroup his pieces and give back the pawn. He was especially satisfied with 33.Rb1! and 35.Kg1!
Blacks position is playable for a computer, but for a human the bishop pair and weakness on b6 makes the defence very difficult.
Magnus managed to exchange rooks and win the b-pawn after which black is in real trouble.
Adams may not have found the best continuation and after 64.Bc1 white is winning.
Being down to 2 seconds on the clock on one occasion and below 10 seconds several times Magnus sure kept the spectators nervous, but he managed to find the right moves and make progress.
After 76 moves Adams resigned as the kingside pawns will fall and the king is too far way to save the game.
A great fight and seemingly another great game by Magnus, although he is not really sure about the quality of his play as he sometimes felt he was missing things.
Shirov continued to impress with a nice win as black against Akopian ,and Ponomariov is also looking very strong beating Sasikiran with the white pieces. The rest of the games ended drawn.
Magnus has 5.5/7 so far (plus the two rapid gains against Naiditsch) and a performance around 2850!
Lets hope he has some energy left for tomorrow as black against Adams.

Od wersji 2,2 minęło już sporo czasu a pracesię posuwają z wolna. Długo wahałem się czy udostępnić aktualną wersję, bo nie wnosi ona prawie żadnych widocznych nowości dla gracza. Planuję wydać TWM demo 3.0 dopiero na dziesiątą rocznicę premiery BG1 na świecie czyli w grudniu tego roku i będzie ona dostosowana już do nowej wersji NTotSC 3.0, zapowiadanej przez Aurelinusa bodaj na koniec wakacji.
Aktualna wersja stanowi jednak na tyle duży zestaw poprawek i przełomowych ulepszeń technicznych, że niniejszym łamię się zamieszczając TWM demo v. 26.1b jako wersję roboczą. Być może to ostatnia wersja do NTotSC 2.01B.
Najważniejsze zmiany:
1/ rozwiązania umożliwiające wykrywanie odpoczynku, walki oraz numeru i charakteru lokacji oraz wykorzystanie ich jako warunków w dialogach i skryptach zostały dostosowane do opracowanego otwartego standardu opisanego w artykule "Zed Nocear's Trigger-Simulations for BG1". Daje to możliwość tworzenia kompatybilnych z TWM modów współkorzystających z w/w rozwiązań, na razie jest jeden po angielsku/niemiecku "Ajantis Romance" w wersji beta autorstwa Jastey. Niestety, powoduje to jednocześnie niekompatybilność z save'ami z wersji TWM 2,x. Mam nadzieję, że ostatni raz taka rewolucja.
2/ mechanizm zachowania ilości złota przez drużynę przy korzystaniu z "pojemników przechowywania" został przerobiony i wygląda w grze znacznie estetyczniej.
3/ całkowicie przepisany od nowa moduł "EXP za zapamiętywanie czarów", teraz dplayer2 i dplayer3 zostają zachowane co zwiększa potencjalną kompatybilność z modami instalowanymi po TWM, odłączenie i ponowne przyłączenie NPCa w trakcie tej samej gry nie powoduje, że doświadczenie za czary liczone jest od nowa
4/ kilka poprawek istniejących modułów typu forma męska/żeńska lub poprawne działanie w multiplayer
5/ moduł "Dla hardkorowych graczy: wolniejsze zdobywanie EXPa za potwory i rozwoj postaci" została rozbity na 3 oddzielne moduły do indywidualnego wyboru:
@93 = ~Dla hardkorowych graczy: alternatywna tabela doswiadczenia postaci~
@94 = ~Dla hardkorowych graczy: mniej rabania potworow (H&S) w BG1~
@95 = ~Dla hardkorowych graczy: ograniczenie doświadczenia za zabijanie potworów~ (50%, 25% lub 10% do wyboru)
6/ nowy moduł @13 = ~Special Random Encounters~ stanowi zaczątek nowego pomysłu: unikalne losowe spotkania przy wędrówce między mapami w stylu Fallouta, na razie działa sam system wywoływania tych unikatowych spotkań i jest opracowane (dosłownie) jedno zdarzenie. Ale myślę, że teraz pójdzie już z górki, jeśli znajdą się osoby chętne do napisania takich miniprzygód.

Witam.
Chciałbym wszystkich serdecznie zaprosić na moją trzygodzinną audycje pod tytułem Addicted To Music.
W trakcie pierwszego wydania, która rozpocznie się w niedzielę, 2 grudnia, o godzinie 15 postaram się przybliżyć troszeczkę moją osobę od strony muzycznej, choć nie ukrywam, że czasami zdziwicie się co zagram.

FLOODED ROOM WITH BROKEN BRIDGE: After leaving the HUGE ROOM WITH THE THOR STATUE AND CIRCULAR PLATFORM in the previous section, continue forward to the small, flooded room ahead. When you step out onto the broken bridge, spiders swarm out of crevices in the walls. Shoot them down before exploring further.
On the bottom of the murky pool, just to the right of the farther part of the broken bridge, there's a treasure (29/30). (This screenshot shows its location.) After getting it, swim back to the end of the bridge where you started. There's a small ledge where you can climb out of the water and back onto the bridge.
When Lara is facing across the broken bridge, the exit from this area is below water level on the left. Opening it will require a tricky jumping sequence: Stand at the right corner of the ledge and grapple the metal ring on the wall. Jump toward the ring. If you just step off the ledge, Lara may fall in the pool, releasing the cable. Then you'll have to climb back up and try again. (If you need help with this, check these screenshots.)
When you've done this first maneuver successfully and Lara is dangling from the ring, adjust the length of the cable if necessary. Her feet should be a little above water level (maybe two feet, Lara scale, as shown in the second screenshot). Move the camera perpendicular to the wall and begin wall running back and forth. Build up to a nice, long arc. When the back-and-forth arc takes Lara above the horizontal line on the wall between the light and dark colored areas, you'll know she's running high enough.
Keep this up, and when she runs all the way to the left, jump away from the wall (i.e., release the Left direction key and immediately press the Back key plus the Jump key; or, if you're using a controller, slide the stick from the left to the down position and press Jump). If you've set up the wall run correctly, Lara will spring from the wall and grab the end of the broken bridge behind her. Pull up and turn right.
EXIT DOOR MECHANISM: Go to the back left corner of the room and climb the two stone slab handholds. Climb to the left and jump to grab the horizontal pole jutting out of the wall ahead. Don't let go yet. Lara's weight pulls the pole down the track on the wall, operating the mechanism that opens the door. Once it's fully open, you can drop into the water and swim through.
BUG NOTE: Some players have reported reaching this area only to find the pole that opens the door is missing. This is a bug caused by swimming into the underwater tunnel at the start of "The Remnants" chapter. As far as I know, the only solution is to reload a save from before doing that or, essentially, restart the game. (See the Eidos Interactive support site for details.) Or, if you're playing the PC version, you can download my save file for the end of this level and play on from there.
UNDERWATER TUNNEL: Swim forward through the tunnel. As long as you don't dawdle, you should have no trouble making it to the air pocket ahead on the ceiling, where you can surface and breathe. When you're ready to move on, dive down and continue swimming along the tunnel.
About halfway between the air pocket and the exit, there's a roughly circular depression on the bottom, where you'll find the last treasure in the level. Just beyond this depression, the tunnel slopes up sharply. (This screenshot shows the spot.) Grab the precious and continue straight on to the exit. To open the big, carved doors, swim close to the shiny wheel and press Interact to turn it. Swim through and head for the surface.
Hmm. . . this looks familiar. Swim toward Lara's boat to end the level.
Cinematic: Lara hauls herself back on board and grabs her laptop for a little conference with the boys back at home. She tells Zip and Alister about the map and her father's involvement. She says she's convinced he kept a record of the map's contents and that he found and hid the other gauntlet. . . .right under their noses. We then see her motoring toward home.
